#3 - Love Thyself

An Excerpt from THE MOMMY MANIFESTOSurely the first lesson for women is to love ourselves. We can’t take our place as thought leaders in the new world order until we eliminate all the self-doubts that are holding us back.

Practice unconditional love for yourself to first recognize and then get rid of the fear, guilt, doubt, and feelings of inadequacy that are taking up too much space in your mind. Call out those negative messages that are entering your consciousness each day, and replace them with positive, empowering thoughts about how beautiful and capable and deserving and valuable you are, not only on a daily basis, but a minute-by-minute basis.

Get rid of the unfulfilling relationships, jobs, or ideals that aren’t leading you to success or money, even if some of those relationships, jobs, or ideals are the ones you hold the closest.

Take out the trash, and once you’ve done that, guard your heart and thoughts and mind from negative influences with fierce resolve. Computer programmers have a mantra: garbage in, garbage out, meaning if you program in faulty code or negative behaviors, you’re going to get faulty and negative results.

You’re precious; root out and eliminate all the negative code, then reprogram yourself to  keep it precious, holding yourself in the highest esteem and showering yourself with unconditional love.
